Kingwood Methodist Church
PASTORS & STAFF
Senior Pastor
Dr. Burt Palmer
I am a third-generation Methodist pastor, and I answered the call to ministry in 1985. Over the years, I have served churches in Texas, Arkansas, and North Carolina. In May 2018, I was appointed Senior Pastor of Kingwood Methodist Church (KMC), and I also serve as Chair of the Board of Ministry for the Trinity Conference of the Global Methodist Church.
Since 1998, I have served as a police chaplain, and I currently volunteer with the Houston Police Department. My wife, Shawn, and I love traveling to spend time with our grandchildren and their parents, and I enjoy a good round of golf when I can fit one in.
Above all, I love seeing how the Holy Spirit transforms lives when people respond to Christ.
The pastors and staff of Kingwood Methodist Church are blessed to be able to serve their community. To get in touch with the staff, please use the Contact form below.
